Root Downloading Rom?

So, I'm about to download a ROM (Nitrous 1.3.6)... I'm unlocked....

Reading the instructions as listed on the HTC Dev, Flash a ROM: section.

It says to download superwipe.zip and the Rom of choice to the card.

Now, do I mount the phone as a disk drive? Everything else says do "charge only" mode.

Also, Nandroid backup? Exactly how, where, do I do this?

Sorry if these are stupid ?'s. I've been trying to research the topics, but am limited on time, and trying to knock out this process after a week of messing with it now

do not forget to make a nandroid backup after you have set things up. it could be a rom you keep going back to.

Real quick... Transfered all my apps, everything is working..... except Netflix, says connection error??? Any idea why? Setting off? Appears as though everything else is working.

how is your signal strength? i get that from time to time when my reception was bad.

I used Nitrous for a week and man, it was pretty fast. I liked it. Enjoy it!!
