Is the trial period/return policy any different with Wirefly than directly with Sprint?

You won't find Wirefly in Bing shopping, where all of the cashback is on a percentage basis. We are in Bing search, where we can give a flat $50 Bing Cashback per phone. Go to Bing.com and search for "wirefly". The link is right at the top of the page.I don't see any wirefly discounts on bing cashback.
slylust, if you order a new Sprint account with a request to port your number from att, you'll be all set. ATT should close the account if it was the only number on the account. You'll owe nothing additional to wirefly.I have ordered to wirefly twice before and both times i have had great service and no issues.

My contract with att runs out on july 11. I am planning on paying the ETF and switching over my family line with 4 phones to sprint for the evo. Is there any specific way i should do this, for example call att and tell them i am cancelling and need to port my number?
My ETF comes to 195$ and i have to pay this billing cycle ending on june 11? Am i correct in thinking that. I ordered through wirefly there isnt any fee that i have to pay since i am past the 6 months period right?

In the first 30 days, your purchase is covered by the Wirefly Satisfaction Guarantee, which means if you want to return or exchange your EVO, you need to do it through Wirefly (we include a prepaid return shipping label in every box). We do require that you notify us in the first 14 days and when your phone has fewer than 30 minutes of voice usage. After the first 30 days, you are covered by Sprint's normal equipment policies. You can bring it into the Sprint store for equipment issues, same as if you purchased it from a Sprint store. Extended device protection is available as well. You can buy the Device Protection offered by Wirefly with no deductable, or if you prefer Sprint's monthly device insurance program, you can add that after your phone is activated. Is the trial period/return policy any different with Wirefly than directly with Sprint?
Not at this hour. You are welcome to send me a PM if you have additional questions. I'll be up for a while.I have a few more questions is there a direct customer rep number i can call other than the 5529000, hate having to stay on hold for a long time
That seems like an awfully strange policy.. I'd imagine 95% of buyers are going to use 30 mins of voice in the first day of ownership. Why does your policy differ so much from Sprint's policy? We do require that you notify us in the first 14 days and when your phone has fewer than 30 minutes of voice usage.
There have been a lot of questions about shipping timelines for those who select Standard free shipping from east coast locations. The red area in the chart below reflects FedEx's expected Ground delivery times from our east coast distribution center. The red area is their 1-day area, where a Saturday delivery is possible -- but not guaranteed.

I'm glad this came to my attention now and not after I placed my order, this is cause for some concern..
