I just took a look at Bionic spec posted on other thread here. Wow, that phone looks really huge. Not just 4.5" screen, outer physical dimensions seems big too. I prefer slimmer design of SGSII.

If there's still no concrete confirmed dates for the SGS II when the Bionic drops, I'm not waiting anymore. They'll be close on specs and we know for sure the Bionic is LTE. SGS II and i*hone 5 are *not* confirmed LTE and from everything gathered will not be LTE.
 
The fact that GSII has been out on other carriers and has great reviews makes it look like the favored phone. But the specs for the Droid Bionic are too good to look the other way. This 2 phones will be great no doubt about it and there will be lots of discussion on this. Whats an iPhone btw?????

you do realize it is next to a defy which is 3.7 inches? so it seems huge because the defy is tiny. Also if you look at the leaked best buy flyer the bionic is pretty slim especially for having LTE.

Where are the updated specs please?
 
I too am pondering both of these phones. Something I am concerned about that no one else seems to have mentioned is the amount of memory on both phones. My original droid has so little memory that all of the apps are on the sd card. Accordingly it is very slow and I'm not willing to put up with that again. Can someone please shed some light on this subject. Thanks a lot!

1gb ram, 16gb internal memory(bionic rumored) nobody knows what the sgs2 will have.
 
1 gigabyte versus the droid's 256 Meg? And 16 gig memory versus the droid's 16 gigabyte sd card? Do I understand you correctly?

When all is said and done, if these phones are pretty even on specs, then the award has to go to the SGS II for the display. I'm sorry, but from what I've seen of displays like what the Bionic is rumored to have, the Samsung display will decimate it. Even if it will though, I'm not waiting.

I'm not good with this kinda stuff. Can ya tell me what the diff is in the screens?

I've been doing a lot of reading on this forum and I think a lot of people are confused. Does everyone know that the sgs II will NOT be on verizon, ONLY t-mobile. Cause I see a lot of comparison of the two phones. The bionic will be for verzion the sgs II will only for your tmobile as of now. Is everyone clear on that.

Hmm, from what I read, T-mobile is the only carrier not getting SGSII in US, not the other way.:confused:

Regarding the GS2 not being on Verizon...Samsung is gonna do the exact opposite of what they did last year?

What they did last year made them alot of money...
