I have had it with the sound quality on this phone. Tonight was the last straw. I am talking and the person on the other line said they could not understand me and I sounded a muffled Mickey Mouse.
I know people are going to recommend exchanging it, but I have talked to countless people that have exchanged there's up to 3 times and still have the same problem.
I have been to the Verizon store and they play dumb. The best they could do is tell me I need to do the *228 every month.
Nothing works, and no help from Motorola or Verizon. I expected a lot more from this phone, and got most of what I expected except the basic functionality of a phone. Something that my bag phone did back in the 80's.
Maybe I shouldn't have given up my Iphone. At least people could recognize my voice when I called.
