Hey Goat, since you are much more into comics (I mean Graphic novels, sorry) then I am. Have you read any by Peter David?

He wrote some of the best Star Trek TNG books I've ever read. He focused on Q but did many other also. My favorite being "Imzadi". Then he stopped writing the novels and went into graphic novels full time.

I am familiar with a lot of Peter David stuff, he wrote Incredible Hulk for a long time among others. And I prefer comic to "graphic novel" I don't need a fancy title, it is what it is and the material speaks for itself ;)

Man, favorite Star Trek Character? I just don't know. There are so many great characters!

I really like TOS and most of TNG. (Didn't really like the first couple of seasons.) DS9 and Voyager were good, but I didn't follow them very closely. Never could get into Enterprise.

My favorite character was the crystaline entity. ;) Remember that? I'll bet not!

Edit: okay for reals: Kirk, Spock, Doctor, Scotty, Jean Luc, Warf, Data, Janeway, 7/9, The Doctor, Neelix, Trip and TOPOL!

My daughter and I follow her on twitter. Ryan is down-to-earth great person. :)

I have tried twitter over and over but I just can't get into it, who really needs to know what I did for the last 1 1/2? Certainly not anyone other than my family, my friends can just assume I'm in the bathroom ;)

I only really watched TOS (a lil) TNG (alot), and tailed off after the first 2 seasons of DS9. But I try to keep up as best I can ;)

Hola Redraptor! Decide on the Inc. yet?

Ha ha yes I believe im going with the Incredible, but I still have a good week and half before I can upgrade, so most of that time will be just sticking around here and keeping up with everything. My biggest worry about the phone seems to be abolished. After seeing the Disney photos in the photo thread, I was blown away. Its about the closest thing im going to get with a point and shoot without actually buying one. And really, the quality looks almost as good.

Only one question though, I noticed that you can turn off auto focus, is there a manual focus mode? Or does it just keep everything unfocused with that option?

Also: Whoever convinced me to take Statistics this semester should be shot...just sayin'

Of course I remember it, any Trekker worth his salt would. Even though it only appeared in two episodes but was mentioned in six.

You can long touch any point on the screen to focus, that is what is used as manual focus

I just saw the episode where that angry/vengeful scientist lady kills the entity and they couldn't stop her. In that episode, I first came to understand that memory engrams of the settlers on Data's and Dr. Sung's planet were in Data's memory. Weird.

Yes, but in Data's case you'd say there were on his internal hard drive ;)
