Yea i been meaning to, just keep not getting around to it. And she don't want anything fancy, single page with some samples of her photography and contact info. I just don't really know where to begin. I know barely nothing about the old hyper text markup language (if my acronym is correct):D!

Well you are talking to someone that is a complete doof on the subject but I managed to make a little site for me and my ole classmates. All I did was dnld a couple of free drafting apps. (After looking) The only software I still have loaded is "Page Breeze HTML Editor". Can't honestly say that this was the software I used.. it's been too long ago. But I remember using two different softwares. One had preloaded templates.. all you had to do was pick one that would suit and plug in your own titles.. call out the website housing the pics etc. I think the other software gave me a chance to see behind the page.. the code. You could easily see how what you did with one software was written up in html. So I started fine tuning my pages.. saving each time before experimentation. It's easy.. honest. I was amazed.

Morning all!

NightAngel, HTML isn't too difficult for simple page work, in fact, if you are a Microsoft user, just about all the newer versions of Word can do simple web pages in a WYSIWYG style. There are several other good (free) programs out there that can do web pages also, I can't think of any right off hand, I haven't done any web pages in years so have been out of the loop. What little I do now is maintenance on my own domain and I just use a text editor.

i sorrires *runs and hides in the corner*
:mad::mad::mad:, LOL!!

I know what you mean. I know where Derby is, though I've never been ther.

Not a bad place all in all. I moved here in the early seventies when it was just a few stop signs town. Now we have a super wally world.. Lowes.. Kohls.. lots of chain restaurants and the like... at least two of all the fast food joints.. etc. Was once the second richest community in Ks per capita. Must be some really rich farts here to make up for my being broke all the time. It's like all places... you live there long enough and they become home.

My daugher loves it out in your part of the country. Raised here in Ks but migrated with her husband's employment a dozen years ago. They have a place in Chandler and a place in San Jose.. bounching back and forth. Chandler is considered home however. I'll say this.. it's a fantastic place to do Xmas for a Kansas boy.
