I've done zero research on the device. About the time I was getting serious about a new toy this laptop locked onto my pocketbook. I guess if all else fails, AF has a pretty popular forum for your tab. I just figured it would do the transcription.
 
Hi all!! I just bought a used Incredible. Guy said it will ship tomorrow. My daughter is in desperate need of a phone that isn't crippled by app updates and the price was right so I'll own a DInc again.

My youngest daughter is now using my retired Dinc... and loving it. She had some older Samsung.. not sure what... that quit. She was desperate and the Dinc was up for the occasion. I hope your daughter loves the Dinc as much as mine.

Is it Friday yet? This week seems to be getting off to a rough start lol.
The upside... was a beautiful day here in Oz. Got home from job one and put a chicken on the smoker. Was ready by the time I was done with job two. A few brews and some smoked chicken... made me a happier man.
 
Mine is rooted, but the main reason I rooted was for titanium backup. It was awesome before and after. Haven't rooted my rezound. I found out the rooting procedure for it wipes the phone. That pretty much blows the whole backup thing out of the water for the stuff I have now.
 
I may root the Inc since no one uses it now...

I'd hate to sell it, it has too much sentimental value. I got(ordered) that phone just a couple weeks after joining here. 19,000 posts later I'm still here,. lol
 
I was never in that thread. Got mine launch day at the store. I was a very small part of the pre-launch thread, and that was pretty epic too.

That was back when Steven and I were equal in post counts! That lasted about a day and a half! :D

You missed seeing all of miserable people discussing how jealous we were of people like you :) I was afraid that by the time I got the phone that it would never live up to my expectations... I waited over a month. I was wrong. It blew me away when it finally arrived.

Doing OK, work has been picking up finally! Will any of us survive this economy? Sheesh!

I finally replaced my Incredible with a S3 and I must say I am LOVING it!

So I have been frequenting the Samsung forum since I bought it.

Speaking of the old Dinc thread, I remember all of us who preordered kept checking our order numbers with the website that showed what orders were being filled on a daily basis. I remember being like number 800 in line or something like that. Then I remember waiting for the FedEx truck the day I calculated that it should arrive! I felt like I was waiting for one of my kids to be delivered! LOL

Hey NA!

How is your work situation? Still facing a layoff? A friend of mine works for Delta in Spokane WA. He was given a 30 day notice that his job was ending, but at the last minute whatever airline took over for Delta hired him as a supervisor with a good raise! Total surprise! But we were all relieved for him and his large family!

Damn! That's awesome.

Our airline did get shut down finally about a month ago.

Finally got a real IT job though at a bank. Not quite full time but it's paying the bills (so far)
