1) u had the wrong sbf file... you had "the gift" that's at the top of the list. The one on the bottom of that page is the FULL SBF. You need that.

When you get the correct file. And you get into Bootloader again. Look for RSDlite to say connected again. Click the box that says "connected". You should see the box to the left display your device info then click Start. Let it finish then follow instructions in That link. Watch for RSDlite to say" Please power phone manually " then unplug, pull battery then finish with instructions. Im done for tonight, 4am start tomorrow. Good luck!
