Droid X2, Droid 3, Targa

Have to say, that would be the first phone I've seen that I'd genuinely be excited about. But with so many rumors and what I believe to be errors reported about the Droid X2, hard to believe the Tagra is what it is.

Droid X2 with qHD screen? Tegra processor? Front Facing Cam? Nope, I'm willing to bet that it won't have any of them.

If the Tegra is indeed a Google experience device, then it can't have a locked bootloader. ROM away!!!
 
Good thing I only have a 1yr contract. That Targa phone looks mighty interesting. Lets hope these rumors are true.
 
IF the specs on the Targa are true, it looks delicious. I would seriously consider it even with a locked bootloader - if it is indeed a development device with an unlocked bootloader, only horrendous battery life will keep me away.
 
i think the DX2 and the D3 are the biggest mistakes Moto can make right now...flooding the market with phones...poor idea IMO...

if the X2 shares almost everything with the Bionic, then why not just ride the Bionic out, and release the X2 NEXT year with really beefy specs, when the majority of early DX buyers have contracts ending?...

as a DXer with a 2 year contract, none of the phones (Bionic, DX2, D3) are even remotely tempting for me to pay the extra money to upgrade....the Targa is one that could get me to bite though...
 
the Targa is the only one i considered amongst the new phones cause of the rumors about it. Moto build quality, "Vanilla" Ice Cream, unlocked bootloader, hopefully running on a well built 4G network...yum

and it better be a good looking phone
 
did anybody else notice that the targa lockscreen is the Blur lockcreen??? hopefully it will be a google experience device. i would get that(if the bootloader was unlocked of course...)
 
If The Droid X 2 had the exact same specs as the Bionic, I would choose the DX2 just for the dual antennas and 3 mics.

After seeing the speeds of 4g (live in a 4g area of course) I can never get another 3g phone. If the X2 was 4g, definitely but if it's 3g I can't do it. Those speeds are just too sexy!
 
The Targa looks sweet. If it IS the next Google Experience, I will be pumped to buy it. Since I will be due and upgrade around that time! Here's praying?
