Is dubstep different from techno? Sorry, I'm at work and can't go out and look for it.

Edit: Nevermind. I went to Youtube and listened to UKF Dubstep 2011. Sounds like techno to me.

I'll stick with the Speed Limit 140 BPM+ tracks, thankyouverymuch. :D
 
Dub is getting to overrated because of this skrillex guy. There can never be a conversation without him. Delete this thread.
 
My favorite by far is Skrillex, listening to him right now haha.. I also listen to a couple of Doctor P's songs..
Any one know of any artists that sound like Skrillex?
To me I think of his music as the music that Transformers would listen to haha.
My cars audio system is amazing for it, its a stock 2012 chevy cruze with the upgraded sound package.. I am getting subs this summer, I cannot wait to hear it then!

I do enjoy the stuff. Skrillex is really all I know. Girl Talk is my new fav., though not really dubstep at all. I used to listen to a lot of techno/house back in the day (DJ Tiesto, Paul Oakenfold, DJ Shadow).
 
Also, the going quantum podcast is amazing! All of them have been very good, just be sure to play them in 720p or 1040p, well worth it!

I ****ing hate skrillex with a passion. It's all about Benga, Skream, The Bug, etc.

Too much shit chart stuff about at the moment.
