Windows detects qhusb_dload device and under Linux, I get a serial modem (attached to ttyUSB0). Device driver id is 05c6:9008. But no block/sd device is detected.
i cant see storage of phone

Bringing this back from the dead to say I think I am making some headway. If anyone can use the tool here SHV-E160L Debricking Tool / Qualcomm Tool Pack V2-1 - xda-developers to get a dump of the bootloader I will see if I can flash it to my lucid. The files I currently have put together give a cookie error but they are not made for the lucid in specific.

To be honest I am still trying to figure that out. Wish I could find the faulty .zip that was flashed so I could find out what all it replaced. I am kind of blindly fumbling through these apps
