Not me. I want to be able to remove it if I'm not going to use it.
Exactly. It doesn't really provide much value to me, if using it to call a landline still counts against your plan minutes.

If we don't have it by the end of the month, just think about all the threads and posts you will see on 4/1/2010 saying something similar.

just looked at my phone and noticed i had a update notification, and it is for 2.1!! get ready folks!!!!
no not really...sorry, i haven't done this yet on the forum, and im feelin froggy today.
Good point. I'll probably use it, though.![]()
No kidding. The only thing keeping from moving forward with upgrading is a stern warning from my Wife (my Eris was an early Christmas gift afterall). It seems like the easiest process in the world (coming from the old days of flashing an Palm III); there isn't much to guess at. It's difficult to even isolate a question that hasnt been answered already, everyone seems so informed... over-informed at times.![]()
Your girlfriend wants all the bugs gone out of 2.1, like all the bugs are gone out of 1.5?

Going out on a limb here. I don't think they will follow through either. Until that lawsuit is settled I think they will withhold the OTA. I personally believe that's why it was leaked.
Hey, I don't argue. When I do, she just yells at me in Italian.![]()

She might not want to know what's being said!![]()

how bout that update
I agree. 1.5 is a pip, eh?
pip?
Very, very old colloquialism meaning, in general, pretty nice.

Here's a video saying that end of March verizion will start shipping bb and android devices with skype mobile installed. Don't think it specifically mentioned Eris, but it makes some sense.

Just saw this posted in another forum, thought I'd pass it along.
