You factory data reset from the buttons on the device volume up/down at the same time press and hold power while holding the volume and you should no what to do next

Nope the phone doesn't respond. I tried lgnpst with the zvb tot on a different computer and it ran to 100 again no problems. Then I looked at the log lgnpst made and I see no trouble there.. I have no trouble getting it into download mode but it seems to still be the only mode that works. Anything else the phone is just unresponsive

Feel free to try lg .com and update the recovery if this doesn't work I can't help you this device has been discontinued do to the gsm taking over the CDMA . so this isn't much we can do as of now
