The tot file is corrupt-try downloading it again. You did unzip it yes?

Ok guys I've been trying to fix an Esteem for the better part of 2 days so I thought it might be time to consult the boards. I have an esteem that I can only boot to download mode no other button combos work and the I can't get any of the tot files to flash even with the phone being detected in dl mode and the vs910.dll registered. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

So the phone shows in download mode on the screen? Does it indicate progress when you start LGNPST?

Shows up as download mode on the screen and in lgnpst the progress bar goes all the way to 99 percent and fails

Are you using the store version or lab version of LGNPST?

I have seen that twice....break the phone to fix it. Unplug the cord during the process. Get the phone powered back up and redo the process. It has worked once for me this way.

Ok I just started the process let it get to 2% and pulled the cord waited for it to error out closed the error put the phone back in download mode and started the process again. On a side note I noticed there's a ms910.dll in one of the previous screenshots I haven't been able to locate it for myself. Happen to have that stored away somewhere?

Decided to grab the zvb tot you posted a few posts back and the file size is different than the one I was using... Fingers crossed trying it now

Ok.... It finished.. 100% but the phone won't turn on or start powered off charging... So I still can only access download mode... Weird

You factory data reset from the buttons on the device volume up/down at the same time press and hold power while holding the volume and you should no what to do next
