Root Evo 4g mms and voicemail help

Ok see this is where my problem is. I click on favorites, then on phone, and the indicator says folder empty. So I think that's why I'm not able to follow what you guys are telling me. What do I do know?
 
And that is awesome. Thanks @mikestony I just posted a photo. I did not know I could do that. So I used screenshot, and posted a photo, and I'm using tapatalk all for the first time.

Like a virgin, tech for the very first time. LOL

Whoa, that is unexpected, perhaps in your settings for Es, under "file settings"
check the boxes--"show image thumbnail" and " show hidden files".

Well, I have no idea why that folder would be empty...for some reason it is not showing, there are files there.
Ok...but back to your mms issue....either reflash the rom, or download a text/mms app from the play store and see if that works for you. Like GoSmsPro, or Handcent.
That is bizzare nothing is showing there in the root of the phone (/):confused:
 
Ok I used handcent still would no send picture. So I went further into handcent signed up for mms+, this converted the photo to full size attached to a message, and sent. Recipient gets a link to download picture and a pin code. I guess that's my fix.

I did find a dl link on xda forum that had a mms fix but I also downloaded a cdma tools link from same page, and while unzipping, my comp stopped a Trojan horse on the female workshop file. So I don't know if I can trust the link and if I get the open for the mms fix can you look at it and tell me if it is something I need.
 
i know you like this rom, but maybe try another ics rom. strike is pretty good from what i here. i have not heard of any issues with mms.

or make a nandroid backup, flash or nandroid restore a sense rom and then update prl and profiles and then nandroid restore back to the rom you are on now.
 
Ok ocn I'm back I had to charge my phone and took a nap now I have just done a mybackup pro backup. Now before I boot my phone into recovery for nandroid. Where do I get the sense rom to do the prl?
 
Ok well this is what I did

I did mybackuppro.
I then did nandroid.
Then I installed from zip the infected rom (will try and link later)
That flash froze my phone on the white screen, so I then flashed superwipe, then infected again, still no good froze again.
So I superwiped again
Then I installed the sonicflamev2.2?
Again then before I did restores I sent an mms
Then I did the apps restore.(my backup pro)
Then I sent another mms
Then I did the data restore( my backuppro) but when I pressed ok I saw a warning said I checked apn's if I continue I could cause my phone not to work. So I restored all but that one thing.
And it works great.
