Root evo 4g roaming not working

I use sprint and roam on veryzon. my roaming was working fine on the veryzon network and about six days ago my roaming stopped working,no voice calls or data services . I do have sprint service and everything works fine but their data speed is very low in this town and browsing the internet is very slow .
I tried a few new prl,s for veryzon network and still nothing, I have the right settings for data roaming and everything else is working on my phone . sprint coverage for roaming is not very good when traveling. please advise and thank you for your help.

moved your thread to the rooting section as you need to be rooted to do this.

update your prl back to a sprint prl
update data profile
reboot

stay on that for a day or so...

then go back to a verizon prl if you choose.

(keeping in mind that they may cancel you )

I have done the update for prl (60680) and data profile on my phone also I have updated the radio to 2.15.00.05.02 which I think is the latest , phone is working great on its own but when I use it for hotspot on my laptop the internet sucks , it takes forever to open a page , I tried a different prl and it does work great but makes my phone roam.I do have roam control but when I swicht it to (home) there is no signal. I would like to put those two prls together. If I knew how.
