Backup your data/apps and do a reset. It's worked for everyone I've seen try it on these boards and on Android Central.
Best way to "back up" your apps is to install app brain. Then get on the app brain site, create a new list and name it something like "backup" and copy your apps to that list, because once you do a reset, the "what's on you phone" list will be empty. Once reset, you can copy the apps back to the "what's on your phone list" and reinstall. Sounds harder than it is.
If you use gmail's contacts, that'll resync those, but you may have to manually back up the contacts that are local to the phone.
