Root Failed to push error with unrevoked 3

I've installed the installed all the necessary drivers. The Android Bootloader went on fine, I'm in USB debugging mode it starts off with the software starting then gives an error failed to push what am I doing wrong?

Do you have HTC Sync uninstalled and your Anitvirus software disabled? Did it reboot you phone at all or just stop at the beginning? Reboot to hboot and see if you have s-off or s-on showing at the top

It stopped at the very beginning it never rebooted the phone

what does unrevoked say when it stops?

Reboot and try again....some of the new phones take 3 or 4 tries
