I have recently downloaded this phone tracking app, omg its so good, you get all these various details about your phone and network coverage. I also installed this app on my kids phones so I could track them from time to time ;) (not stalking) its so amazing. the name of the app is Tracesaver trust me you wanna try it, oh yh and its free. :):):)

That looks like a great app (if it doesn't kill your battery). Will be trying it out. Kind of like Seekdroid, but much more functional.

True, I will pay for an app if I like it, but I do like to try before I buy..

Last time I checked, if you do not like the application you paid for, you can get a refund.

In my opinion, this idea that downloading a hacked application or an application that some scurrilous bandit makes available for free is wrong. The "I want to try before I buy" idea many people use is just another excuse.

Sorry if my views upset people, but it is how I feel. Try before you buy does not play in the fresh fruit section of the market or the restaurant.

Yes, you can get a refund you are correct. The thing you have to take into consideration is the refund window, 15 minutes. Plenty apps you need more than 15 minutes to see how they work with your particular phone, if you like them or they are complete crap.

You have a point but you can also read up on the app before you buy... And I mean if you think about it google doesn't have to offer a refund at all but at least there is one so why complain so much about it?

Most businesses have a return/refund policy (usually 30 days). It's a common practice and a sound economic attitude (especially if you want to retain your customers). You can read all you want about an app (or a car, for that matter), but until you sit behind the wheels and drive it you won't get the "feel" for it. 15 minutes is a preposterously short time to check an app, IMO, and Google should recognize that. This is (Google) a company that is worth billions of dollars ~ c'mon now: 15 minutes?

I gotta also recommend this 'shush' app that I read about further up ... I downloaded it and I use it all the time now, as I am prone to forget to turn my ringer on again (much to the annoyance of most of my family and friends) so this works GREAT.

I use it every time I put my phone on silent now... thanks!

Now I need to switch my wife to Android from BB. This is my single greatest frustration with her. Thanks

Say what is my favorite app so far. I love the pirate speak one the best. It takes your texts and turns them into different speak. There is a lol speak that is pretty good too.
