Favorite launcher?

That looks TOO clean! Gonna give it a shot! Thanks!
No problem. I'm curious. Can't wait to hear back

PS: It looks like as of now it only supports your primary gmail account in the feed. They are working on adding extra accounts as well as Exchange support later on.

That Slide Screen launcher isn't bad, but I like LPP and my Beautiful Widgets too much. SS definitely has a nice look and I like how everything is on one screen, but it's not for me because I like the LPP widgets much better.

I'm hoping that LPP will have a google reader widget in the future. I love the skinned versions that are up on the XDA forums: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=783427

I use LPP, but have ADW Launcher, Go Launcher, and Stock 2.3 Launcher, just because I like seeing the updates and what each one is doing. I have seen Zeam and it seems pretty nice, Go Launcher looks promising also, people should check it out. But for me LPP and its widgets have me under a spell.

I see ADW had an update to let you group apps in the app drawer in categories.. I like that..(Thats what I like about Tag Home too...the app categories) .Zeam had an update too. Gotta check that out too see what they added.

ADW also tweaked the swipe up/down for the dock area. I might have to cheat on Launcher Pro... :(

Go Launcher, Go Launcher, GO LAUNCHER!!!!!

Never thought I'd move from Launcher Pro, but this Go Launcher is the shiznit and a bag of chips!!! 30 home screens??? Ok, I'll prolly never use 30, but it's like saying unlimited home screens. I'm currently using 9, but it' will probably grow just like everything else. And the way you get around on them is sooo slick. Like when you want to move an app from one screen to another one... when I was moving them on Launcer Pro I would pick it up, then slide it to the edge, and then it would start flicking throught the screens. Sometimes it would go past the screen I wanted, so then I'd have to slide it over to the other edge of the screen. On Go Launcher you pick it up, slide it to the edge of the screen, and then it zooms out to view all of your home screens, and you just move it over which ever one you want to move it to, and drop it right into it. Sweet.

And that's just one of many, what I would call 'improvements' over LPP. I will give LPP another shot once he's done with the rewrite. But for now, Go Launcher is my go-to launcher forsure. Just like McDonalds.... I'm lovin' it!

ADW, Launcher Pro Plus, Go Launcher......Their all great! Just try them all out and see which one suits you best. Me, I was using LPP for the longest time, but switched over to Go Launcher cause it's waaaay more customizable IMO.

I have tried ADW, Launcher Pro, and Go Launcher. So far Go Launcher is the one for me. It is very similar to Launcher Pro (probably why I like it) but, does not have the lag that Launcher Pro has.

I had LPP for a few months. I got tired of it reloading almost every time after exiting an app. I am now using Go Launcher, it's really simple, lightweight and fast.

Check out Folder Organizer and you'll more likely be able to use 3 screens.

You can have an icon pull up apps like a games icon that shows all your games or have a scrollable 1x4 (or smaller) or show just the most used of a group with a folder link to show the entire bunch. PLUS you can export your folder settings and import if you do roms or restore nandroids.

The Sys app at the top is one of my FO widgets.

^Imma have to check that out.

Go Launcher, Go Launcher, GO LAUNCHER!!!!!

lol Go Launcher huh....I'll have to give that a spin. All I know is Launcher Pro is probably gonna be on the backburner for now. The updates to ADW did it.

I know someone mentioned using Home Switcher for an easy way to switch launchers. But it isnt fully compatible with 2.2 and up. Home Smack is.

With Home Switcher, u cant set the default launcher with Home Switcher anymore. It doesnt stay after 2.2. U hit the Home key for Previews and it jumps back the the last launcher u had as default.

Home Smack works better for setting the default launcher and making it stick.

Colchiro, I still get such a gas out of seeing the Droid X Overclock widget. It is 'bada$$'. Since I have profiles set up, I'll often just swipe over to the homepage in order to check out how the phone is currently clocked. Ridiculous, I know.
