Currently using a Case-Mate "barely there". Very low profile, but it feels like it wants to fall off the phone sometimes. I like the look of the SPG that vpkb1998 posted, and the one posted by mojosodope.
Tried the Zagg screen protector (used it before for other devices), but found I didn't like the friction of it (i.e. my finger didn't glide across the screen smoothly). Ended up using some cheap protector from a mall kiosk that fit perfectly.
I did find a car mount by Exogear that I'm really happy with. Works with all my phones as well as GPS devices. Got it from: http://www.accessorygeeks.com/exogear-exomount-suction-car-mount-exo-mount-bk.htm

I just received the seidio extended battery and the surface case for it and am pleased with the size will keep you guys posted on battery life

I had one for a while, it is VERY bulky, but came in handy MANY times when I needed extra juice.

Personally I would recommend just Picking up a spare battery and carrying it around(provides more power than the xpal)

You'll want an anti glare screen protector. Personally I roll the Moshi screen protector you can get at an ATT store(it's $25 but comes with a 1 yr warranty)
