so..the swimming thing and me being swamped during the summer...is at it's peak...

typically it dies off after the 4th..then I will be on vaca for the second half of July which gives me tons of free time to play again :D

not actually traveling anywhere until November for the Vegas wedding
 
Just giving this a bump. Anyone experiencing GPS problems on AOSP ROM's please give this fix a try and report results here, so others who are having similar problems may use as a reference.
 
My results on HW003 with CM7.0.3 and Deck 2.3.4 stable:

The Kingdom GPS driver spiked my CPU at 100%. I was getting weird reboots for like two days before I figured it out.

The Vision GPS driver seems to suck my battery even when I'm not using it. If I'm not plugged in at night, I routinely drop 40% in a 7 hour span by just leaving my phone on the counter.

Running the CM Nightly39 driver (or whatever number it is). So far so good I think. They all lock well, and maybe they would work better on other phones, but Kingdom and Vision are a no go for me.
