flash 10.2

I did this a while back actually and forgot which site it was on. Just became a member for a different reason, but anyway.... With my Galaxy Prevail it works great with Froyo. Just clicked and it downloaded. I just had to install it and it run beautifully. Thanks man. Great mod.
 
Hey Cammy do you know if there's a working version of flash player for GB EJ06, one that you can flash to the phone? If not is there any chance of getting one that works?
 
Yes, it's 10.2 that I'm using, but all I'm getting is the blue lego. As I've said before I'm using EJ06 Gingerbread on a phone that is not rooted due to me getting it at best buy and paying for 2 years warranty that I'm not willing to void, although I really do want the bloatware gone. Anyway, this is the only version of.flash I had.found that worked when I had froyo, which no longer works. Maybe it was blocked because of me getting the update form boost. I don't know.

I haven't tried it with stock, but I know it works with CTMod + DTA2SD
 
Lmao people are crazy you can root and unroot. will not void anythingdont know what to tell you. Works perfect for me rooted or not

I agree now an days they cant tell weather you have rooted or not because
of the recovery options we have..I mean its simple now to use hroark's odin
to regain stock without any mods or root present.. You have nothing to really
worry about with the warrenty.. Your good to go..

You can try removing flash then reinstalling it. It doesnt carry over well. there are a few other apps that are the same way, mobo player is another that comes to mind.

Exactly. there is no difference between the stock odin files here and what you get from the store.
 
I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still didn't work. I would root, but(and you can make fun of me for this if you want) I can't figure out how to backup all of my files. Can someone give me a link to the right thread on how to do this???? I can't find it. Do you need a SD card slot on the CPU to do it or can you do it with the USB that came with the charger on the CPU??? I don't know if you can do it just with a CPU or if you absolutely need something like Titanium Backup. Help please. :P

You don't need a sd card reader in your computer(though having one does help). All the mods available just require you have the USB cable that came with your charger. You may also need samsung's drivers in order for your computer to recognize your phone.

With these two powerful programs you can literally do whatever you want with your phone without fear of losing what you previously had on it.

Regarding Titanium Backup, you really only need that to back up your apps for quick restoring. Once you get CWM on your phone you won't necessarily need to back up your apps constantly. Considering that it saves an exact mirror image of your phone.

P.S. If you have any questions make sure you fully read those threads. You question has more than likely already been asked if any issues arise.

Thank you. These are to root the phone and not restore it, correct??? Does it matter which version of CWM I download??? With or without Odin..... I am very new to the idea of rooting as I've considered it, but not actually done any research on it until recently.
