TASTY FROYO TOPPINGS :D

I thought it would be good to have a place to find and post themes and themed ROMS for Froyo.

If you come across one, post a link here so others can find it. This list will be updated to this first post so everything can stay organized and easy to find.

F'in sweet boot animation!

Unfortunately I stuck at the boot animation and had to do a battery pull and now I cant get past the boot animation :(
 
Ended up doing a restore to a pre-froyo backup I had. I wish I had backed up before applying this. Not sure what happened. It looked as if it installed just fine but never got past the boot animation. Anyone else have any luck?
 
It does take a while to load the first time, be patient. I was walking my dog when I installed it, and left it in my pocket for awhile. The boot ani is pretty cool too. But most importantly, no stock notification bar! That whole day with the stock bar was brutal. :-)
 
I just wish it had the option to add the black framework. There are like 10 icons that are now themed Black & White...everything is cool except the icons.

I agree. I usually choose a theme with stock icons, but anything is better than the stock notification bar. Have I mentioned that I don't like the stock notification bar?:p
 
Yeah, looking at the pics, I think I'll wait a bit.

Plus, I ain't seeing it in Rom Manager yet....

Agree...but looking for alternatives...

MrBobrowitz has a Froyo theme called "BlackModzz for Froyo" and is available in ROM Manager. I already flashed it once but it still left me with the themed icons from Team Chaos.

Did a backup to revert back...and now I'm off to flash it again...I'll report back :)

And I'm back...Here are some Screen Shots and this Theme will get me through until Nexilla (My choice of name for Fab's new NexTheme/Froyo creation :)) Looks like the only thing themed is the Notification Bar and a new font. Scrolling notifications in the Notification Bar (like when you get a new message) is still in Black text...but like I said, it will make do for now.

I can live with that - especially as someone already mentioned that we can theme framework.res

I still have my old one around here somewhere, so I can compare and figure out where to change the font colors in a jiffy, I think.
 
These are themes, right, not full ROMS? Looked in ROM Manager thinking this was going to be a themed ROM...
