What the... what am I watching??? Is that you? Whats in that white container... spinach? I doubt it there popeye!
All in all a very strange but interesting video, do tell what is exactly going on, the story of whose idea this is is a great way to start :)
 
LOL that container is Jack3d, its a pre workout supplement. That is me being a nutcase lol. My brother used his inc to record it. LOL no real point to the video. Just felt like it.

Don't be a jerk about it, sheesh. DDR is a dancing game and Kenpo is an exercise routine that incorporates martial arts, btw.

Either way it was just someone having fun and messing around.

People need to relax and have a sense of humor. It's obvious he's having fun smiling in the beginning until he gets tired at the end, funny. Just playing around dude! You don't think he'e expecting a few playful comments. If I posted that I sure as hell would expect anything and everything.
 
im a athlete and have worked out for over 6 years hardcore and i can tell you that jack3d makes you a monster... i got into two fights at football practice on the first day i took it.. i highly recommend it

was stuck at 325 bench for a while.. now i get like 350 or so and im only 190lbs

I don't mind. I a firefighter, If I couldn't handle shit talking I wouldn't have a job. I have thick skin. And to the guy that says i am too old... Your boring lol.
