First I said would it affect it if a Custom ROM he said what a CUSTOM WHAT?
he doesnt know what Custom rom is.
Also he said dial pound pound blah blah then pound he said what do you see i said Dial pad he said WHAT? i said i see nothing

They said there is a System update that started in 3 months ago WTF a 3 month System Update keyword "System" not like Tower Updates adding new towers or something i wanna get the Samsung Reverb.


P.S i am trying to get a replacement phone.

YOU ARE NOT supposed to tell them you are running a CUSTOM ROM ........You WILL NOT get a replacement if you tell them this. You have to flash back to the STOCK ROM before you try that. The master reset they're trying to tell you to do ONLY WORKS ON THE STOCK ROM.
