Of course, I'll still pop in whenever I can! Just unfortunately don't have enough time for additional duties, but I'm not leaving :)
 
Morning all. And keep on keepin on Razor.. Get settled. I know it took us a while, and still not completely unpacked.
Although that's the chore for today. Have a friend from back home in town this week, garage and living room need cleaning.. Happy Saturday! Going to tackle that this weekend.
Also going to go to a Texas Roller Derby match tomorrow.. One of our coworkers is playing, and we are making it a team outing!

How's your GNex brother? Still having the little issues with JDX 13.1?

On a side note, for all you parents out there...

...my boy is 2 years 3 months old and we are still giving him a bottle at night and at nap time. It has gotten to the point where he is now wetting the bed through his diaper because we'll give him another if he wakes up in the middle of the night. At this point, doctors really recommend no bottles at nap/bedtime and I am on board with that 100%. Me and my wife just don't know how best to ween him. He's talking so he asks for it. That is one thing that makes it tough. The other tough part is when he wakes up in the middle of the night, and we're exhausted BTW, he asks for it. Can anyone, and I am willing to listen to all points of view here, help?

My JDX 13.1 with Lean is back to its beautiful over a day usage! And the BT and low sound issue I was having... Gone now with the audio Fix. Not sure what is wrong with the 4.2.2 audio codes, unless we still need something from VZW.. Which makes no sense. Anyways, it's back to perfect for me.
The roller Derby should be fun. Never been to one, so a whole new experience!

For the bottles.. I did it too till almost 3 and then had to explain to my son that it's easier to hug a stuffed buddy, and have a dry bed, than to have the bottle/sippy cup... Took a couple of crying to sleep nights, but once he found the buddy that takes his tears, he was good to go. We gave him a one hour dry time before bed, only a sip of water at tooth brushing time, then all he could drink when awake... The other thing we did was find a cd he liked to have running, or nature sounds (we had a cd player that had ocean, forest and bird sounds... Lol) and he could sing to his buddy or talk to it or whatever till he fell asleep. It was hard for us, but he got through it. My son's whole mindset was if he fell asleep he would miss something exciting... Yeah me sleeping was not exciting... So he figured it out pretty quick and slept through the night better with the buddy than he ever did with the bottle!

While my boy talks and understands, he is still a baby. It's hard but I think I will be dealing with a crying baby over the weekend. Game on little jmar!

Hehe, I'm a Pats fan, but they honestly deserved to lose that playoff game the way they played against Baltimore (runs from Pup :eek:).
Really have no opinion, but being at a sports bar in Baltimore during a game, I learned their fans are CRAZY!
They were playing the Pats at the time but yelling at the screen FU Steelers! I was just scratching my head. :dontknow:

Nah, I'm a realist, they did deserve to lose. As far as the Flacco deal, that's too much for him IMO, but he is benefitting from both "what have you done for me lately" and a weak quarterback draft class. That's also going to but a major cramp on Baltimore's cap situation.
 
Desperation makes a team do desperate things. I wouldn't even put flacco in the top 5 qb's in the league and it's questionable if he'd even be top 10. For him to make more than Brady, Brees, both Mannings and Big Ben is just robbery.
 
I would hope so considering they just pushed out an update for the Dinc! :D

Jmar, good luck with weening the kid. My youngest is the same age, and he needs to drop the Paci, his front teeth have a gap from it :eek: but he will make your life a living hell if you take them from him :p parenting. You'd think we'd have it figured out by now! :rolleyes:
