Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

Good morning all - happy almost Friday.

Tons of meetings today so I will be really busy, but speaking of workout my arms are absolute spaghetti after yesterday's workout. I have been pushing myself so hard recently and really starting to see awesome results from the gym. I feel better, I stand up straighter and overall just in a better mood.
 
Pretty much everything you eat has preservatives.

The best thing anyone could do is grow your own fruits and vegetables and hunt for your own meat.
 
Morning all! I'm already up and on the Mass Pike - waving at my Massachusetts friends. The navigation we have says we are about 90 minutes from our destination. Then about 5 hours of set up at the convention. But it should be fairly easy.

That's certainly true of most processed foods.

It's not generally true of fresh (which are not preserved), frozen and tinned (both of which are different preservation methods) foods.

One of the biggest issues with fast foods are transfats, however these are also in all sorts of other processed foods including things you might not expect like cookies and cakes. Basically, if you see Palm Oil (or derivates) in the ingredients, leave it on the supermarket shelf.

Ditto! You might want to write with a sharpie in a few locations, just to be sure they get the right thing! I.e. "This is not an amputation!" on all extremities. :p
 
Can the smarter folks here lend a little advice on 2 issues?

I'm still trying to figure out why the phone volume reverts to zero, after about 8PM. I think it has something to do with Link Volume, and link mute states, but I don't really know what that means. Can somebody explain or point me in the right direction on that.

Secondly, regarding battery issue 4.2.2, is the bluetooth a lot higher than it should be, see attached. I have bluetooth in my gps, through the car, so it's "always on" if Im driving and I did a lot of that today.

Congrats on the 25% pay raise. It's been a looooonnnnnggggg time since I heard of a raise like that.
