Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

Yeah pretty excited about football as well. Although not so much pre season. :p

Under a flash flood watch through the rest of the weekend. Cause we need more rain :p

I take it you guys have had as much rain, if not more, than us. We've had 11 inches in July (normal is 4) and already another 4.5 in August with the normal monthly in August of 3.

I got my football season tickets in the mail yesterday :) Good year for home games. Got some big matchups coming in Alabama, LSU, and our yearly rivalry with Ole Miss. That's 3 of the biggest sellers all in the same year :)

I agree on the rain, it has been relentless here in the Black Mountains of WNC. Look at the stats for Mt Mitchell, highest peak east of the Mississippi.

looks great but the permissions:eek:

Read Accounts, Modify Accounts, Create Accounts.
I think it has to do with adding a Yahoo account to sync locations.

I logged into my Yahoo account and it added it into the Settings menu next to my Google, Dropbox, etc.

I've got 2 weather apps already...guess I'll be adding a 3rd. I have 1Weather for the homescreen widgets. Weather.com for the radar.

I'm trying it out. I've purchased a few weather apps, but I keep coming back to the first ever Android app I paid for, WeatherBug Elite.

The Weather Channel app is horribly ugly - I uninstalled it a while ago.

I use Yahoo Weather and Eye in the Sky now, two favorites.

I agree the Weather.com app is ugly....but the radar functions are the only thing I keep it for. Past a future radar along with pointing out cells with strong wind, hail, or tornadic potential. Very useful in this part of the country.

Does your radar maps take a few seconds to load?

It does take a little while for my radar to load sometimes and even worse, it gives erros saying it can't load at other times. Sometimes I have to kill the app and restart to get it to work, but you can't beat the app's radar capabilities from what I've seen.

Official! AT&T Moto X launch in one week! Lucky entrants who signed up and were picked get to order their custom Moto X Monday. :)

EDIT: AHHHH!!! I was chosen! Just got the email!

Anyone here ever use Crest White strips? I bought them last night after work. I put my first set in a few minutes ago.

I used some a few years ago Halon. I wouldn't use them often or for prolonged periods of time. Use what's in the box as directed and don't go back for another one for a while. You may find that you will want to start using Sensodyne Pronamel toothepaste as well because it really made my teeth sensitive after using those white strips.
