Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

Seriously thinking about porting my number over to the HOX from my nexus thus ending my relations with Verizon.

Oh and my sister lost her iPhone 4s. She is not having much luck with phones. I was going to help her get another phone buy not an idevice.

Well my oldest starts Kindergarten tomorrow! I can't believe it, makes me feel so old. A hint of sadness, when you think of how fast they are growing up
 
But don't you love all those commercials for back to school and the miserable kids? ;)

Morning everyone! Another pile of issues at work yesterday. All I'm gonna say is, there are LOTS of people looking for work. Abusing your employed status isn't the best way to get by. :mad::rolleyes:

Good luck Anti, Evan is in karate camp this week, so it is a little intro to kindergarten for him. It's incredible how fast they grow.

If you have ever done back to school shopping, it is miserable. The days of a couple notebooks, pens, and pencils are long gone.

I was a web developer for a door manufacturer in 2007. My economics education came in handy as I saw the writing on the wall with the housing bubble, got out of that industry while the getting was good. The job I have now cannot be outsourced or downsized as the position is spelled out in the Town Charter and would take several years and levels of government to change. So as long as I do my job, I have a job. There is great comfort in that.

THAT makes you feel old? How are you going to feel in what will seem like a week but will really be 13 years when you are sending your oldest off to college? (Shipping my youngest off in 18 days...already making plans for her room!)
 
These Share Everything ads are not very convincing.
Side note, I checked our bill we just got from VZW to see how much the data cost was from roaming in Mexico (way too much) and see we are somehow already in a Shared Plan? Anyone else on a family plan automatically put on Share Everything? Did I miss something?

Saw Share Plan and assumed that's what it was? When I logged in it prompted me for the Share Everything plan, so no, looks like we're still good. For now....:rolleyes:
