Some friends of ours, also moving to Austin, went for a weekend trip. They are moving in about 2 weeks, so they were able to get themselves a house, take a few tours, had some apparently excellent food and entertainment....had a great time I guess. Said we will love it there!!

Morning everyone. Had a successful weekend I think...and finally took enough pictures of things to be sold off, posted the first of the Moving Sale ads on forums and craigslist. Sad times when we have to sell furniture...devastating to realize we have to sell our saltwater fish tank system.

That is too bad about the fish tank, but that is great that your friends are also moving to Austin. That should make the transition a little easier.
