Ew I get -109 dbm at my house. I can make/receive calls fine, but it's in this crappie mini valley dead zone. My BFs parents get no reception with AT&T.

the lower the dBm the better, not really sure what asu is
i think anything around ~80 is considered a pretty good signal, and iirc around -50 is theoretically perfect signal
Ninja'd you!
Saw that report too. Gonna give it a shot after I finish charging this thing up right now. Thanks for the report -- gonna do it tomorrow all day at work to see.
Ninja'd you!
I found there is a new leak of the Nexus radio: My Droid World Forums
Here is a direct link for ya so you don't have to sign up for MDW: http://www.mydroidfiles.com/download...dios_btldr.zip
Be careful when flashing -- not 100% sure of the origin of the file though.

The absolute lowest mine ever was on a good day was 83. 93-111 or so was my norm. Mind you, it said that even when I had no 3G reception with grey bars.
Just flashed it. Booting up now...
I don't see any immediate changes based on the About Phone / Status numbers.
Well one project left to go this semester! Too bad my laptop is cranky and i can't work on it for a while... I really need a new one.
We also don't have a tv so I'm not sure what to do for the next few hours. No other homework to do and my new books haven't arrived...
Download a book ? Play a game?
Even my iPad was dead lol. Everything is still in boxes! I've settled on plugging in my iPad to this cool radio my BF got me and watching hulu. Only sucks that it's in portrait mode
Oh no! I'm glad you found something to do.
How is everyone elses MTP file transfers? It took me like 2 hours yesterday to transfer 7GB of audiobooks. Then late last night it took almost 50 minutes to transfer 1GB.
What is everyone elses speeds when doing this?
Also if anyone can still help with reboot-from-recover.p (that you turned into a .bak file) I would truly, truly appreciate helping out.
Checking in. I guess I got a good one. No complaints here.
Flashing radios and doing my pre-4.0.3 nandroid backup now.
Going to flash GummyNex 0.1.0 (which is 4.0.3) tonight: [ROM][AOSP][4.0.3][CDMA] GummyNex 0.1.0 - xda-developers
Same for me. My whites are white. Signal seems to hold ok. I love this phone
Yeah before this radio flash I was averaging about -113 to -117 on 4g...now I am stuck on -120 3g. Awesome.
I'm sure you made a backup like I did before flashing.

Hmm, Lifehacker links are usually my thing (well, really just posting links in general ), but I can't seem to recall the one you're mentioning. Still, I'll take the drink anyway! Haha.I'm thinking it was either Razor or Stigy that gave me the link to the lifehacker site (sorry I can't remember who exactly) but I'd give you a kiss and buy you a drink if I could. It was great to be in the store with just phone rather than a big notebook today.
Nice. Seems like people are getting mixed results so far, I'll wait a little until they're more stable and proven.
