Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

I've bought several things from woot. You can't just check the main woot tab, you gotta check the home, kids, wine, etc. You of course do have the crap woots like that surge protector...but it's still a decent deal, I just don't need one, lol.

I missed the locking pistol case :(

I once got a Roomba from a woot.com bag of crap - sold it on eBay and turned the nice profit. Although looking back I should've kept it, I am sure my cats would've had a blast chasing that around the apartment.
 
We got a Roomba as a gift from my in-laws. Ehhh, never got it to work correctly. Kept clogging and I was just frustrated digging out all the hair. Bought a cheap Shark bare floor vacuum and it's so much better. We got a new area rug for the living room and since it has barely no pile, I can use the brusherless Shark on it. :)
 
Oh jolly guys. Is this what happens when dudes get in the majority? When are we gonna discuss washing instructions? Got this stubborn stain :cool:
 
Hubby drives a shovel machine for work (like Bob the Builder). The gear box was leaking, and that oil sure is nasty stuff. Told him many a times to wear working clothes but monsieur likes his own better ;)
His way of telling he wants new pants from the army surplus in Houston, TX I guess..
 
Differential gear oil will be an itch to get out. Going to take a really strong industrial degreaser on that one.

Speaking of cleaning and woot...Dyson DC33 for $179. Not a bad deal. Paid almost $150 for my crappy Eureka :p
 
I prefer Food Inc.
Though reading Omnivore's Dilemma (what the majority of the movie is based upon) is better. Actually just put Pollan's new book on my Kindle. Going to start reading it today. :)

I'm not even so sure on the Nexus 4 refresh. AFAIK, it hasn't gone through the FCC hey which it would need to do since this would have to have official LTE certification and the original one doesn't.

In other news, Asus has released the cube google TV box today, retailing at 140. I know chief was interested in it at one point. :)
 
For differential gear oil (or any kind of oil/grease stain), I could suggest spraying it with WD-40, waiting a few minutes, and then washing it normally. Try that and see how it goes :)

EDIT: On a completely different topic, what happens when you wring a wet washcloth out in zero gravity? The answer may surprise you!

EDIT 2: Yeah, I'm not sure that the Cube TV is what we want... besides, it's too close to I/O for me to buy anything at this point :)
 
I've been starting to get that "new phone" itch, but I definitely want to wait until Google I/O before I even consider buying something. Even if it's an overhauled Nexus 4, at least I'll know what the top of the line model is considered to be.

I took a look at phandroid's review, and it looks decent. A heck of a lot better than my ancient laggy Revue, that's for sure. But like you, I'm waiting until IO before I pull the trigger because I want to see what's on the horizon.

Off to the gym later to do my walk/water exercises. Doesn't sound like much, but thanks to special bars I eat before exercising I've lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks and dropped from size 36 to 34 jeans :D

Still have 10 lbs to lose before Bonnaroo, gotta pick up the pace!

So it took 10 minutes in the oven to expand the metal a little bit, but finally got my wheels together -- so excited. Just gotta get the bolts in now and then spray the center caps and get tires on this weekend.
