Good heavens.

Oklahoma City is getting absolutely slammed with tornadoes... and I have to agree with my son when he says it's painful to live in a day & age when we can watch this stuff unfold live on tv; and be completely unable to do anything about it but pray.

I have in-laws around Springfield, MO. That whole line of storms is about an hour out from them.

My folks live in SW Indiana but so far haven't been hit too bad with storms this year. First thing my dad bought when they moved there was a NOAA radio and boy does that thing make a racket when there's a storm. :eek:
 
My uncle and grandparents live in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Had a tornado close two nights ago. Did you see the pic of TWC chase vehicle? :eek:

This is awesome news. It isn't often I need to go to Best Buy BUT you'll get a message that I need to call the next time I do need something!

Sorry, bud. But, have to say I'm loving my Fitbit and the scale for it. I think it was a good investment to get my butt moving again. :)

Yeah we had an impromptu pool party tonight. Was a gorgeous evening here. Now if only we could get our youngest to go to sleep, he should be exhausted!

Chicago Sun Times fired its entire staff of photographers. Reporters will now be trained on how to take pictures with their phones(iphone). Crazy.
 
I'm more surprised that he builds a nuclear reactor in highschool, graduates, and is headed to the north Dakota school of mines.

I'm sure its a fine school and all, but you'd think thered be an ivy league full ride in there
