I think all the dealers saying it's coming out this week are full of shit. Next week is most likely when it will come out. But, hey, here's to hoping I'm dead wrong and it comes out this week after all. I'm dying waiting for this phone lol.

Yeah man I just called a good friend of mine (whom I got her the job at metro btw lol) to ask her about the s3 and even she told me this month as well smh...I guess she's still new lol

True, but we're all expecting something within a week from now. But whatevs...i'm gonna continue to keep myself busy throughout the week and not check back here until Friday hopefully it's a done deal. Luckily i'm patient :)
 
Ya know unless i missed it there wasnt an official announcement on this phone however i seen on Facebook on a metro of a store near me that u can enter to win gs3

Its official Just no release date yet but you can also go to metro website and register to win ;)
 
i'm so excited all the phones i've had from metro have sucked....hope i can get a good deal around black friday b/c im only 15 and i can spend 4-500 lol maybe 350 though

I don't think the owners know how to push new phones when they come out. When I bought my Esteem there was nothing in the store saying it was out.
I suppose they aren't getting a big profit margin from phone sales but they could help themselves showing what they have to sell with banners or some type of advertising.

I'm not sure how to take this though, EarlyMon...
Samsung seeing some momentum going their way sure is nice after all the idiosyncratic iJury's questionable decisions of late, and Apple's increasingly questionable new competition plan of suing everything that moves with frivolous patent lawsuits on elementary shapes and functions (rectangle patent? Really?? Pinch to zoom? Really???).
My biggest worry though is the one not being discussed in the news: the eventual cost of this to all of us consumers. At the end of the day, we will have to pay heftier prices for those devices, if not to recoup some of that money lost in those trials, than to protect the companies from future lawsuits by forcing them to buy crazy things like patent litigation insurance!

It's being sold at different prices by different carriers. Verizon is selling the 32gb version for $650 off contract.

As already pointed out here. The sweepstakes on metropcs website shows the phone valued at $500.
 
Release date assumption are going wild :p, just got the 55 dollar unlimited plan didnt want to miss the chance. Anyone else had the original unlimited 40 dollar plan. Man only thing sucked about that plan was no Youtube.

ive been readin this forum everyday. this shit is frantic. ud think the gs3 comin to metro is like a messiah appearin to ppl. omg i saw them!!! keeps me entertained though. but i cant front, im just waitin for the first sign of release to make a mad dash to get mine
 
I actually have another phone coming to me via a member here's new G3 but I've gotten a bunch of laughs out of the posted phonegasms over the release.
