the mystery waiting game might be a market move to get every1 anxious enough to create a galaxy s3 craze so when its finally announced people will line up to get it like the isheeps do every time theres a new iphone lol

Lol na pa we leave that to the I zombies is just metro being metro I'm surprised they even announced on the website that it was coming in October they never did that before so after we will have 15 days left in October so technically this could carry on an additional 2 weeks
 
It is now Oct 16 and still no word from Metro on the GSIII.
Something SMELLS.....................did they put the cart before the horse?
Their marketing dept needs an overhaul.....
 
I believe they are doing this to bring more customers because since that merge I'm sure alots of people will leave Metro plus I'm sure will be the last nicest phone of Metro but who knows...
 
Sad for Metro that they would have to stoop to a low level by creating artificial hysterics............I thought only large arrogant companies did that.............
 
I don't think is tomorrow not even the guys I know have confirmed that it's all about metro and their mysterious ways lol which have a lot of people upset I can't really blame metro since this time they came forward and even announced October so I just wait eventually it will come

Yeah i don't get it. Even if they say the date it ain't gonna make it get here any faster lol. Sure it's nice to know but still, as many non working teenagers there is here, the whole world will know when it gets released because there will be a new thread for every single one. Haha

I still dont see why people are upset when Metro only gave us the month. They never even said "early" or "mid" October. Other phones they released were never given a date and they were not as current as the S3 is at launch.

Seems everyone keeps getting upset that their second cousin's best friend's dogsitter who "works for Metro" has given faulty information.

Me, I am excited to get the phone and i check multiple forums daily about it. But i'll wait to be pissed off until November hits and i'll probably explore other carriers if that happens.
 
Very good point people should not be upset then if November hits and there is no phone then we can start riots lol in the mean time please relax also please don't believe everything they tell you
 
What if the sweepstakes was done so that "regular" people can test drive the phone for a while, and report any strange stuff, before it is officially released ?

Doubtful. Remember this is Samsung pulling the strings. They were the ones that gave metro the option to sell the phone because they wanted everyone to be able to have it. So they aren't going to put it out unless it's ready to go.

Plus, if 10 walked in to the metro store to get it activated, people would find out and there would be a lot of pissed off people.

Exactly. A month after people have it they will be wondering why they were ever so pissed off cause they didn't get told what they wanted. It's really silly when you think about it. But being a grown man that's seen how shitty life can be, i guess i have more pressing issues to be mad about. Some people don't, so i understand why. I guess.,lol
