Galaxy S3 Watering Hole

Morning all.

I am thinking if I want to take at&t up on their offer and pick up the note 8 and toss in an s4, s4 active or another note 2 since mine is borked and just leave them stock.

Or maybe just pick up an HTC One. Not sure yet, doing some thinking. They all have their pros and cons. My daily driver note 2 has had some issues while I have been out chasing and this made my mom nervous too and she agrees that a replacement device may be in order.

I remember thinking we just don't have the number of folks the Gnex Hole had, so I thought our chances for survival would be slim. Turns out moving it over when he did ( Anti ) was a good thing.

We dodged a lot of bullets ( or was it hot messes ) in the early days of this thread, but yes the strong have survived.

Looking at something to replace my note 2 with its bum power button and something to start from scratch with (read: leave alone) and none of the newer devices really blow me away. The optimus g pro kinda works but the button layout kind of gives me the same issues as the note and s4/3 gives me.

Not really, everything is pretty much the same.
I have noticed I have been leaning a bit toward the HTC One, but as I said, its pretty much the same.

I flashed back to viper since 4.2.2 AOKP was borked. So, I am going to go back to the last known configuration known to work on the One X and see how that goes.
