The softer the water, the better the espresso/coffee!And the Sony Z1 (Honami).
My real reason for stopping by, other than to say "hi!".
Freshly-brewed espresso is my vice. I keep my dark-roasted beans (4 on a strength scale of 1-5) in an airtight container in the fridge, and our soft Scottish water is perfect for that rich golden crema on top. No day has properly started until the first "doppio" has been enjoyed.
p.s. I take a Moka with me when I'm backpacking. Yup, I'm hardcore!
