CleanROM is solid for TW. I'm looking through XDA, but I imagine multi-screen and sharecast would be separate add-ons/mods.

That is what I thought when I went asop I can't install them from the market... The multiple screen is a part of tw so that should be in there

For my time with the S3, I rarely ran TW. There are certainly some Sammy software enhancements I like, but multi-window with that size screen isn't one of them. Even on my G2 I wouldn't want it (only thing is the LG camera app which is easily installable).

I like it is nice to watch a video or movie and still be able to text or look at Facebook

Do you know an all share cast replacement? At least one where I can stream on my wifi and able to see The movie using my xbox

Had the upgrade fever, eh? For some reason I just don't get excited about new phones anymore. They all seem pretty much the same to me nowadays.
