Actually, the more relative comparison is the Razr M, since similar size and still similar specs as HD. The ironic thing though is Moto really can not tout the display being bigger, since the fixed navigation bar makes the usable space 4"- same size as the iPhone 5.

Seriously, it would be false to call it an advantage. If anything, the iPhone 4" display with no capacitive buttons to touch by accident would be better.

That depends upon your view of on screen nav buttons. I know you hate them, but others, like myself, like them. To each their own.

The Razr M will always have a bigger screen at 4.3" vs the believed 4" of the iPhone 5. There may be some space taken by the nav bar, but the space is recovered in video playback. So in the end the the display is still bigger for some functions.

We are in the process of changing all her tow posts to negatives. Once we win you can have her back. :p

Meanie !

If by another forum you mean another part of this forum, then yes. It happens to everyone who goes green for the first few days.

Not kidnapped, per se, but captivating none-the-less.

What? We found her fair and square! I knew this wasn't a good thing ! Rachel ??? Were coming for you !!!

Ooh, root canal, fun

I'm sorry Pup! :help: Hope you get better soon.!

On a different topic... I have to go to a bloody (see X is rubbing off on me) football game! :argh: A scrimage for the 12 year old! Where in the heck is his Daddy for this one ? Seriously!
Funny story, last year my 18 y/o... varsity fb. I yelled his nickname from the sidelines and was told if I ever did that again, I would be banned !
........... Now I may have formulated the perfect plan................

Hey, she consented!

It's good that it does this on phones, as it does not on tablets. It dims the buttons by making them dots on the nav bar, but the nav bar is still there during video playback  I would have preferred physical buttons over that on tablets, or if the nav bar was hidden during playback (and reappeared if the user touched the screen to pause) then that'd be ok.

On phones with ICS and JB it is the later. During video playback the buttons completely disappear until you touch the screen. Then they pop back up.

HTC apparently updated the One X with the option to also remove the bar for apps as well. The ability is there.

None the less, seems the M for $100 is a better option, but for the "I just want it to work" and "Do it all for me crowd" who are conditioned to iTunes, the i5 will probably destroy sales records with VZW and the other carriers.

Sad but true.

I must admit though that most of the same games and apps are smoother on the iPod 4 and iPad 3 compared to the GS3 and TF300. This is probably more to do with lazy ports to Android than anything else. Yes, you heard me Gameloft.

Ouch...good luck with that.

Ouch in deed. I usually give the "Stop treating audits like a root canal" when haveing to get operations and other departments ready for process review.

The real thing is worse than any audit process.

Added: Not had one, but have had deep set wisdom teeth removed- The dentist said it is almost as rough as a root canal. Seems a RC would be a lot worse.

I'm sorry folks. Been battling my arch Nemesis, the evil overDB Oracle (as personified by Larry Ellison who's favorite charity is himself) against my much preferred Sql Server (personified by Bill Gates who has given gawd knows how much money to various charities).

I'm loosing right now, but I sense a win is on the horizon.

Uh.... quick, something is wrong.... she's talking in French now!

A repost but what ever :)

With all the patent trolling they have done, this is totally under the mark. So underwhelming. 4" display? LTE, a6 chip? iOS 6? Same dish, repackaged wrapper.

Sorry, Apple. But, you fail. Next time put your money into R&D and not litigation.

Root canal is done. Not too bad, already has a sandwich. Have to go back Friday to check on the infection, then to have it filled, and finally reconstruction. Turns out the roots of my teeth are so long that an extraction would have been a near surgical procedure.

I like me some good gallbladder - with fava beans and a nice Chianti!

I just gagged reading this. Thanks.

On to better news. My older brother has been living with me for 2 months now in New York. Its great to have him here and has been quite the burden as you can tell from the rent situation.
So I have taken matters in to my own hands. He now has a full time job and starts tomorrow.

I know I know.. I'll pat myself on the back now. :p

Not 'chet. I still got 4 hours of work left. Headed to my second job now. Don't y'all start without me... but if you insist.. go slow so I can catch up quickly. :D;)

Dang...you is tough, dude. :D

What? You don't know the echogenicity of the pancreas should be hyperechoic to the liver? And don't forget to mention the sonographic Murphy sign in that report :aetsch:

OK...don't make me start speaking insuranc-ese. I'll put the entire room to sleep
if I start talking about mutual indemnification.
