You went to Kings Dominion?
Love the Intimidator! :D

No, I went to Busch Gardens (in Williamsburg). Intimidator is AWESOME, though. Busch Gardens has come a long way - they have several decent coasters now: Apollo's Chariot (lots of hills and air time), Alpengeist, Verbolten (which has a twist I've NEVER seen on a roller coaster), and Griffon. They also have the Loch Ness Monster, which, in it's day, was a great ride. Now, it's almost kind of Scooby Doo-ish. If you haven't been or if it's been a long time since you've been, I highly recommend!

Morning all!!! May be here for a bit this morning, but am going to the Cape for my 18 yr olds orientation graduation. It is like basic training, so its a little bit of a big deal. You probably won't hear from me much today.

Never rains at Moma'Lins place. Not on pool party nights!

That is correct .It may be raining across the street, but never at the pool party ! So don't pay attention to those frisky weather reports !

I wish I was in X's time zone , It would be time for me to leave work already .

Good Morning Pup Master .

Where is Treb, sleeping in?

Wow - the city can work fast.

Wednesday evening we met one of our local city councilors and I complained (moaned/whined/bitched) about the fact that the city had changed a major artery from the freeway from a 4 lane road to 2 lanes + 1 suicide lane. This has now totally screwed up the traffic light system there when buses stop.

The very next day he sent out an engineer who confirmed that this was indeed the case and that only 2 vehicles got through a green when normally they'd expect 20 to 30.

Got an email this morning that as a result the city is going to implement traffic sensors to the lights to improve them and take them off a simple time relay type system.

Wow!
