That's our cranberry walnut boule. It's a sourdough with some whole wheat, honey, corn oil (why they chose corn is beyond me) and steel cut oats.
It's everyone's favorite.

The way I use is straightforward. Create a Photobucket account and copy the IMG link from there. Don't have to use the "photo" button here.
Another quick way is to use Tapatalk and have them host the photo. You're limited on how many you can post (somewhere around 30?), but it's convenient if you're on your phone.
You can also upload photos to AF using the attachment section at the bottom of an "advanced" post.

That's beter than i would have done , somebody would need to call 911 if i tried that...... you better be chasing me with a gun if you want to see me run.

Congrats Daddy! I need to get back into my routine. I try to walk as much as possible but it certainly doesn't match the exercise as running/jogging.
