Hello guys

Why is it taking so long for releasing new games on the Samsung Galaxy S2???????????????

Is a Tegra2 more powerful and much better than the Exynos processor of the SGS2 maybe?????

Why is it taking sooo long at Gameloft????? What is the reason please?????

I'm really confused and thinking about if Tegra2 is much better???

Tegra2 devices have more games than the SGS2

Can somebody explain me a bit more about it??? it's really annoying, I paid so much for this phone!!!
 
No, the Tegra is not better. As to why Gameloft is taking so long you'll have to ask them.

You do know you can Root your phone and install Chainfire 3D to play the Tegra titles, and lots of the Gameloft ones too right?

A tegra 2 powered Galaxy s2 just ran a ~4000 quadrant.......

Too bad most of the games have glitches, missing textures and freeze.

Try playing bang bang racing.............
 
You know if you want games optimized for SGS2's, I found this awesome site which gives out apk's for free. All you need to do is donwload the SD card data which should range between 190-300MB and for those who dont want to waste their precious 3G data, you have the SD card data available for download too.

Im running asphalt6, nova HD, GTracing and a coupla other games right now. Runs damn smooth! :) ..

I dont know if I can list/link out to third party sites here, so people who are looking for something like this, leave me a PM, i'll link you to it :)

This sounds very much like a site hosting pirated apps, so I'd strongly advise against even PM'ing the details. The Site Rules make it very clear that any linking to or distribution of warez/pirated software is prohibited.
 
Wow guys, just relax take it easy!!! This is not my question, my question is that there are already so many games released for Tegra powered devices while SGS2 users still have to wait sooo long!!!

I'd like to play N.O.V.A. 2 and Eternal Legacy HD so muchhh but I can't because it's not released yet!!! :S
 
This is another example of the one thing that I find irritating about android - the fragmentation.

I had hoped that seeing things I can't get on this platform were over after moving from my trusty old HTC Hero to the cutting edge SGS2. Seems I was wrong.

Disclaimer - I don't particularly like playing games on a touchscreen anyway.
