Whatever they did, they must've done a REAL good job. People won't even mention my name on AC anymore. Especially when people are talking about the devs for the OV. Oh well. But anyways, if you want to know where I'm going to be posting my ROMs from now on, check my newest post on my blog.

Give him some time to get some current releases posted in their own threads here and all those people who don't know who this Gannon guy is will suddenly understand the excitement. Well once their heads stop spinning from the large amounts of ports...

Yeah I know. They took the dead ROMs and archived them so nobody will lose them. Smart, but they decided to take mine and Noobs opinion of cleaning up the threads and ban us.. Like it was their idea after all.

The list goes on, and on.
I'm just a good follower of policy,a good manager of this V forum, and a good judge of character and ability. I know a little more than some, but not as much as others. I really care about all the members. I do not like members to give out information based on hearsay or flat out falsehoods as this can lead to a new member making things worse, instead of better. I like it better when all the members can get along, and discuss things in a rational manner, instead of throwing rude and mean comments back and forth. This should be a place where we can make friends, and help friends, a place where we can go to escape the stress of our day to day life's and learn how to make our phones unique to us.

I showed you straight pms, emails, posts, etc. I have no reason to lie. It was completely obvious that he accused me for false info. I admit I was mean in my pm back to them, and I did say that there moderation needed more strictness. That paste in had everything you needed to know about the whole situation. It had mine and his story in it. As well as the truth
And this isn't a mean post to attack you or anything. This is just restating my opinion on the situation. I'm not trying to tell people to stop going to AC. People just know that I don't like it

Yea but those mods on androidcentral really didn't have a good reason to ban gannon till after he said mean things back... bad mods=bad forum
They didn't just ban him, they IP banned him, so he can't ever use the forum again unless he buys a new house or ISP (internet service provider)
Or always using a proxy server....

Basically yea, I do wish that you would post the ROMS on AF, but if you prefer to stay on that website that's your choice, you could always do both but that is a lot of work....

Just wanted to pop in and see how everyone was doing. I see some of this thread relates to stuff that took place on another forum (Android Central/ Android Community?). Anyways, if possible I think we'd prefer not to carry on with any old bagage from other forums. I'm not accusing anyone in this thread, just pointing out what I think is best for AF.
That said, we very much welcome ROM devs here I'm an App dev myself so I appreciate the work that goes into all that.
Finally, I'd rather not lock this thread if you guys find it's useful to help resolve a few issues, but I do ask everything be done with a bit of extra care and respect. Sometimes it's hard to get the "tone" of a meesage across in just text, so it always helps to be extra nice
Anyways, I'm going to leave the thread open and leave all the posts as they are for now, but feel free to PM me if you feel this thread has run its course.
