Im loving the theme options of miui, can anyone direct me to somewhere i can find some cool themes, its such a good way of controlling every different aspect of the theme.

PS, if i could have any car, it would be one of these.

Hi, I have just rooted my Desire and flashed the Gingerbread ROM. I am unable to sync with HTC sync now, and cannot access my content. Does anybody know a way to get around this? Thank you.
 
You can't sync with HTC sync unless you're on a HTC sense Rom.

Apparently myphoneexplorer is better.

What content can't you access/

I am unable to use Sync at all so cannot get to any content. Is there a way of reading my contacts of the pc so i can re-enter them? Where are my photos stored on the pc? Thanks.

Probably a good idea to do it manually. Do you know of anyway to access the contact details that have been stored via htc sync on the pc? Otherwise I have lost al of my contact details. :confused: TIA

Were they phone contacts or google contacts?

Did you export them?

If they were phone contacts and you didnt export them, you should make a backup of this rom, restore your backup of your stock rom, export them to SD and then restore back to this new rom and import them

Restored my Nandroid backup reverting back to Sence and exported contacts over to sd card.Then reflashed rom to MIUI and all contacts are there. Thanks very much for your help, it's much appreciated.
 
loving miui, ive just checked and ive got 16 hours 45 minutes and im still on 60% and thats just stand alone rom, not even tried it with juice defender yet.

yeah i think so, i charge it every night anyway coz ive a dock at the side of my bed and i use kaloer clock as my alarm, so im pretty sure i wont be needing juice defender!! :D

still getting used to miui, ive had some weird FC's even the launcher the other day, but im sticking with it for now! loving it and the themeing is awesome, i love how you can change individual aspects of the theme from other themes.
 
I've hammered the phone today. Emails, browsing and watching a film, 6 hours 22 mins with 36% left but screen on time is 2 and a half hours so still impressed. I reckon with juice defender I would have about 50% + left so I may give it a go sometime to compare.
