In general, Android calendar support is poor but Gemini is by far the best. I still use the "Calendar Pad" widget as well for a nice overall view of the next month, as well as Pure Calendar for a list of upcoming events. Gemini's method of adding an appointment is quick by Android standards. One thing I'd like to have (possibly by writing some code myself) is to have the ability to scrawl four digits on the screen (e.g., "1","3","3","0" for an upcoming appointment at 13:30) and have it setup to add an appointment at that time today (or if that time has already passed today, then insert it tomorrow instead). post #504 above, and this idea is inspired by my DateBk experiences.
As you can see, Powell is an amazingly responsive developer but there are limits to what he can work on, and there are a lot of different users with different competing requests.
