I already did. Comlimentary Apples in the fruit basket & 7 windows throught the room. Not a pleasant experience in the wee morning of the hours, they made for a resentful, laggy morning rise. What I found funny is everything was bolted down... no customization options in the room available. I had to have the same setup as all of the other 300 occupants - it was only fair (everybody wins a trophy kinda thing?)

^^^ they are not increasing the Premium fees.

they are adding the same fee to non-4G phones.

In other words renaming the Premium data fee to "smartphone fee" :D (well not literally, I am sure it will still be called premium data, but it's an easier way to think about it. If you have a smartphone, tack on another $10)

How does this affect those with Sprint Android smart phones that do NOT have 4G?

I know of people who bought the Samsung Transform becuase they did not want to pay an additonal $10 per month.

Will they be able to get out of contract free, or will they be grandfather in not having to pay $10 until their contract expires?

I have been going crazy trying to find a solution to the Full HDMI out mirror problem on the Evo. It doesnt make sense that the Incredible has this ability when its exaclty the same phone. I looked on XDA developers but you have intall Cynogen which I haven even rooted my phone and should not have to get this ability. I want to link my phone up to my indash in my car which would be amazing.

I figured if there is no solution for 2.2 that 2.3 has to have this ability right. Let alone the fact that I just saw 2.3 pics on a Versizon phone. So when are we finally going to be able to have the udate. So does anyone know if there is a solution to the HDMI problem without rooting or installing cynogen.

Why not if anything they should have been aiming for this. And on all android tablets supposedly have this ability. And by around the corner are we looking at weeks or months.

tomorrow.

seriously haha...your guess is just as good as anyone's.

there hasn't been much buzz about it. All of sprint's focus appears to be on the top secret Feb 7th announcement event...which I guarantee you isn't going to be "2.3 is coming to our existing android phones"

If you really really really want it now..root and use one of the 2.3 Roms over at xda

if something does come up..it will be posted here:

^ or for 2.3 goodness

it's just bits and pieces. I don't think anyone has a full 2.3 ROM running yet but it isn't something I have really been watching.

full HDMI mirror would be great though.

they claim it is a hardware limitation.....but they said the same for the FPS issue too so who knows.

But than they would have not beeb able to get the incredible to have the ability. And Xda developers finally were able to find a solution so I dont think it has to do with hardware. What is the FPS you were talking about.
