I just did the same exact thing. Went to the Droid 1 and I'm running the Project Elite GB v5.0.2 at 1200mhz stable. This thing is a beast compared to the Ally and might I say FLASH WORKS! Lol I will miss all of the Ally community. There's some great people here.

PE is basically a kang of Liquid Gingerbead, except Liquid Gingerbread is better.. Give it a shot. CyanogenMod and Liquid Gingerbread are the only ROMs for the Droid 1 that are worth a damn.

I tried liquid gingerbread but I couldn't download anything from the browser or market. I would love to run the ROM if you could help me with that problem.

I just flashed the newest Liquid Gingerbread and you're right Trident. This ROM is freakin awesome and everything works perfect.

hahah delete this thread i saw gingerbread and i told the guy who i was buying from no the ally world just got alot more interesting ill be here awhile longer
