Something you'll learn about XDA, when it goes down for maintenance it says 15 mins then they change it to an hour, then extend that. Every time I've went there while maintenance was going on its taken hours because they found some problem.

Having formerly run a high-traffic website (way back in the day) I can tell you things go bad quickly when a server decides to get an attitude. Even with competent Sysadmins working with me (saving my butt, really), what would initially look like a log file run amok would end up being the portent of something far more annoying. I hope they get things working again soon.

Its a new team...with @MattG4542 @drod2169 @Tanknspank_ @RobStemen as the members.
They are making roms together and basically taking over the GEM series that cvpcs left behind.
As far as Droid X is concerned they are looking to finish complete aosp and port gem settings/cyanogen roms to the Droid x.
Nothing to do with bootloader.
Other things but I can't say...so yeah...great stuff ahead for everyone.

It's no myth, but it is over and we have been in global cooling for a few years now. It was just hyped up for business and politics, every 25-30 years we change from one to the other.

LOL , Holy Crap! I have been in that weather back in the late 80's in Rapid City but now in Houston and love 70 degree days in Jan. Bike riding all year long!

Back on topic, can't wait to see what they do :)

Edit: Yes I'm old and it hurts to pee but I don't think that's age related....
