According to the free text message I received a minute ago from VZW, my Droid X should now be on the Android 2.2 software release!

I am very excited by this new development and look forward to seeing how the new 2.2 software installs over and improves my GummyJAR 2.5 setup!

Has anyone else received this thrilling announcement? I AM SO HAPPY.
